Should I have to pay extra when compared to buying the tickets in the traditional way?

No. We do not charge anything extra when compared to what one purchases in the traditional way. Both the tickets (online or offline) are sold at the same cost.

Do I need to register to use E Bus Ticket?

No, it is not mandatory. However, it is advisable for customers to get themselves registered with E Bus Ticket to avoid giving details every-time bus tickets are purchased.

I don't have a credit card. Is it possible for me to buy tickets at E Bus Ticket?

Yes. It is not necessary that you must have a credit card to buy tickets on E Bus Ticket. All you need to have is an internet enabled bank account. The following bank accounts allow you to perform such task:

Are tickets purchased online posted to me?

There's no need. You can use your e-ticket onboard simply by quoting your reference number (sent to you in your email confirmation) or by presenting the debit/credit card you used to buy the tickets online to the inspector.

What is an e-Ticket?

E -tickets are purchased online and as such you do not receive a ticket. Take a note of the number and give it to the inspector on the bus instead of a normal ticket. Alternatively, you can simply present the debit/credit card you used to make the booking.

In case, I have not received confirmation e-mail, what should I do?

Please contact info@ebustickets.in . For online bookings, your confirmation email should arrive ten minutes after you make your booking.

Can I change my travel date and time?

Yes, you may change your travel date/time for a small fee (where applicable, please refer to us for this purpose) PROVIDED you make the change of travel plans at least 3 days before the original departure date stated in the ticket. For example, you will need to show up on Tuesday or earlier to change a trip that originally departs on Friday.

Can I cancel my ticket? Can I do it online?

Yes. The tickets booked through E Bus Ticket can be cancelled. Kindly note that the money is not transferred back to the passenger's credit/debit card. Rather, the money will be refunded in the form of cash at our office before 1 day of journey. And this is subject to the payment of cancellation fee. Kindly note that cancellation fee and cancellation period may differ for specific bus services. Please contact us vide our telephone number in such an instance.

I have lost my ticket, can I get a replacement?
No.
All tickets printed and issued are valid till the time of travel and our system has no way of nullifying the ticket. Hence, we cannot offer a replacement for lost tickets. You will have to purchase a new ticket.

When does payment transaction appear on my credit card statement?

The transaction appears on the first Monday after tickets are purchased on ebustickets.in . However, the transaction does not depend on the travel date. For example, if a ticket for travel on Tuesday of the following week is purchased on Friday of the current week, the credit card transaction is done on Monday of the week of travel i.e., 1 day before the travel date

Are online transactions safe?

Yes, they are safe. ebustickets.in employs the best of breed security and the transactions done through this website are secure.

ebustickets.in employs Secure Socket Layers (SSL) data encryption. The usage of such high technology ensures that the information exchanged with ebustickets.in is never transmitted unencrypted thus protecting the information from being viewed by unauthorized individuals.
